Job Summary:

Advanced ISR Solutions is looking for a Staff Tech – Logistics to provide logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. This ONSITE role is tailored for a highly motivated, well-organized Logistics professional who embraces, thrives, and enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities to anticipate:

  • Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping area oversight.

  • Reviews configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment.

  • Plans, schedules, and manages the efficient movement of material inbound and outbound.

  • Manages material inventory, supplier integration strategies (VMI/3PL/supermarkets) and import/export controls. Partners with Industrial Engineering on packaging strategies.

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping experience.

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) and/or 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Due to programs and projects this position supports, U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • SAP experience preferred.

  • Work collaboratively with internal customers (Program Management, Engineering, and Supplier Quality).

  • Support Raytheon’s initiatives such as Supplier OTD, Cost Savings, and Continuous Improvement events

  • Team oriented – must be an active participant and willing to step in for other commodities as needed.

Qualifications We Value:

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and learn new software programs and input accurate transactions.

  • Ability to read and understand operating instructions and department schedules.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of DOT and IATA shipping regulations for dangerous goods.

  • ITAR experience.

  • US Customs Regulations Import and Export knowledge.

  • SAP ERP experience preferred.

  • Inventory Control and material handling knowledge.

  • DFAR & WAWF Process knowledge

  • Understanding of regulations relative to handling, processing, and movement of classified or sensitive materials.

  • Ability to successfully manage supplier relationships.

  • Work collaboratively with internal customers (Program Management, Engineering, and Supplier Quality).

  • Ability to successfully manage supplier relationships.

  • Strong work ethic and multi-tasking skills.

  • Experience in Procurement/Supply Chain is preferred.

  • Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
  • Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
