Poland Patriot is seeking a Senior finance manager to lead the Raytheon Polska landed company. The role includes full financial management of the Polska entity, as well as program control activities for a complex international FMS program in the Land Warfare and Missile Defense (LW&AD) product line within Raytheon Missile Defense (RMD). Raytheon Polska’s portfolio currently includes the major cross border IOT for Patriot Poland Phase 1 FPIF Foreign Military Sale (FMS) contract, with significant future business growth expected across the next five years for Patriot Phase II, NASAMS, and LTAMDS.
This position requires interaction with domestic and international finance teams, Poland Patriot leadership team and other performing functions, and has a team of three direct reports. This role will require forward deployment to the Raytheon Polska office in Warsaw, Poland under the terms of an MOU/Long Term International Assignment managed by Raytheon International Support Services. The initial deployment period will be between 12 and 18 months, with an option to extend, contingent on future program awards.
Responsibilities include:

Polska Landed Company

Track over/under absorption, oversee forecast of all associated costs, analyze data to support rate updates as needed

Annual update of Polska rates through forward pricing rate proposals and incurred cost claims to DCMA

Maintain a CAS compliant Disclosure Statement, including making updates as requirements change, for review by DCMA

Oversee financial compliance to ensure Raytheon Polska adheres to both Polish and U.S. laws and regulations.

Take a lead role in supporting quarterly anti-corruption self-assessment certifications, and periodic Corporate Internal Audits of processes & controls

Manage relationship with Deloitte in Poland to ensure accuracy and timeliness of RTX Polska reporting requirements; Annual Financial Statements, VAT filings, CIT/PIT calculations and payments.

Collaborate with Enterprise Services (ES) Finance to ensure effective processes and controls are administered for international payroll and payment processes

Oversee the Polska bank accounts, administer and approve all payments on local procurements, collaborate with Corporate Treasury and ES to ensure sufficient cash balances to execute business while minimizing financial risk to Raytheon Technologies.

Manage Inter-Organizational PO billings, change orders, variance analysis, and associated BCRs, working closely with CONUS Finance teams.

Manage incoming requests for pursuits that will flow from RTN-US through RTX Polska to ensure accurate proposal pricing and billing structures are in place.

Development of the 5-year and annual Operating Plan for Raytheon Polska IOT PO’s, including indirect budgets and forward pricing rates, evaluate, provide guidance on, and approve program Estimates at Complete

Drive corrective action to improve performance against all major financial metrics, collaborate with CONUS Finance to execute and achieve favorable AOP results for all Raytheon Polska IOT PO’s
