Job Summary:
In this role, you will have responsibility for the performance of the supply chain team for assigned programs under the AAWS umbrella.
This position is ON-SITE in Tucson, AZ.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Manages execution of processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement strategy, RFPs, R&Os, EAC, IMS management, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution.

Implement key performance indicators ensure timely delivery. Work closely with Operations, Planning and Finance functions to meet development requirements.

Support and engage with Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to resolve supply chain issues.

Lead projects to enhance Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement.

Support supply chain lead regarding material and cost validations.
-
Sets objectives and guides others on execution/achievement of developmental results.

Explains policies, practices, and procedures and may influence others.
-
Problems faced are difficult and involve consideration of multiple variables.
-
Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
-
Any other reasonable duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Typically requires: a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Experience with supply chain, vendor management, Risk Assessment/Mitigation & performance management
-
Prior ERP work experience, SAP highly preferred
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
-
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Experience as a Materials Program Manager
-
Experience working in a matrix organization and multi-site leadership
-
Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering Related Subject preferred
-
Excellent written/verbal communication skills (English)

Strong organizational and analytical skills
-
Ability to work independently and prioritize duties, in order to meet deadlines
