As an ABAP expert for Dealer promotions & incentives, you will be instrumental in Volvo Cars’ transformation to working through dealers to directly supporting our end users. Dealer promotions & incentives will build key services to drive innovation in our future models. You will also be a key contributor in our transformation journey changing from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA.
Main responsibilities
Work on Complex ABAP implementations - programming, testing and debugging functions
Understand the business function requirements and transform the requirements into the technical designs, specs and code
Close engagement/communication with functional teams/Business Analysts/technical team members and other stakeholders
Aligning and collaborating delivery within your own team and cross functional where needed to ensure consistency in solutions and shared functional designs.
Providingtechnical/functionalguidance to junior members– includingDev Ops best practices
Do you fit the profile?
Having SAP ABAP programming, testing and operational management (Design/Build/Maintain) of IT-systems/applications.
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in SAP with ABAP as the primary competence area and working knowledge of other SAP modules
Functional Design and experience of working with Agile methodologies (product development)
Worked onat least 2 completeend to end implementation project in SAP ECC & S/4
Proven understanding of SAP architecture & SAP ABAP development concepts, guidelines
Working experience with Interfaces. APIs
Adobe forms development experience
Should be able to work Independently on solutioning.
Strong object orientation experience
Strong analytical skills and ability to write technical specifications
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables/tasks
SAP ECC to SAP S/4 Migration knowledge
SAP FIORI understanding
Knowledge on clean core way of development using RAP and BTP.
CDS view and AMDP development experience
AIF process knowledge
Certified in SAP S/4 ABAP 1909 & above.
