Raytheon Technologies is seeking a full-time employee to work as a Field Service Representative in support of a DoD contract providing technical equipment advisory and support for SOCOM efforts. Office located in Germany.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Mentor and advice senior military personnel on various equipment, technical capabilities and employment Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) for utilizing sensor equipment.
· Assist in the development and implementation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) for employing sensor devices based on equipment capabilities and other critical factors.
· Provide sustainment training as needed on specialized technical equipment Coordination with RBT headquarters for specialized program support.
· Assist users in maintaining and configuring sensor equipment for and in between various training exercises and operations.
· Familiar with Commercial off The Shelf (COTS) devices.
Required Skills:
· Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance
· Retired or former Special Operations soldier 5 years of United States military experience in a similar capacity.
· Recent combat experience
· Experience with or technical information collection equipment to support War on Terrorism objectives
· Experience with web-based applications including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and various viewing software programs such as: FalconView, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets and Trips, and Map Printability to travel independently and operate for periods of time without supervision
· Must be able to carry a 35-pound load with no assistance
· CONUS and OCONUS travel requirements to support Unit

· Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate with management, customers, and employees
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
