Site Quality Manager

Highlight the main responsibilities
- Manage Physical Indicators on the site
- Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan following guidelines from Product Line, Regional
Operation, Group and Product Group, and promote Quality Culture
o Ensure QRQC is well implemented and participate daily to the Plant QRQC and Plant Supplier QRQC
- Implement 5 axes in the site
- Manage Quality network in the site
o SQA Technician management in daily supplier incident management (5W2H) and QR validation
o Challenge SQA network to obtain FTA in time and confirm PDCA action.
o Manage the Quality PTM for P0, in Launch team of P1
o Laboratory and calibration, when relevant
o APU Quality Engineers & Technicians
o Quality System Engineers & Technicians
o Super-control / firewall
- Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit)
- Participate in the RU Ready / Launch meetings
- For modifications, ensure the respect of the 4M procedure
- Represent Customer within Valeo on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation)
- Manage the quick responses for incidents (CLR-Logistic) Internally and with Customer, and support the team
analysing the incidents.
- Contribute to Warranty treatment activity (Detection, Communication, QRQC)
- Represent Quality in Technical Committee when relevant (depending upon organisation defined in the CIP part 2)
and / or Site Change Committee.
