【職務詳細】
弊社の法務室長として、主に以下の業務内容を担当いただきます。
・契約審査および標準契約書の作成を行い、企業の法的リスクを最小限に抑制。
・自動車メーカーおよびサプライヤーとの品質問題に関する法的紛争を担当し、弁護士との協力のもと、訴訟戦略を策定し実行。
・購買部門をサポートし、下請法および独占禁止法の遵守を確保。
・セクハラやパワーハラスメントなどのコンプライアンス事項に対応し、内部通報システムの導入や教育プログラムの実施を計画し、法令順守を強化。
・M&Aや事業譲渡・譲受けにおける法的手続きを担当し、企業の戦略的成長をサポート。
・株主総会や取締役会の準備を適時に行い、会社の意思決定プロセスを支援。
・関連会社の法務業務を支援し、グループ全体の法的リスクを管理。
【募集要項】
（１） MUST
法学部卒業または同等の学位を有し、企業法務およびコンプライアンス案件における10年以上または同等の実務経験を持つこと。また、ビジネス英語を問題なく使用できること(指標としてはTOEICスコア860点以上)。
（２） WANT
日本または他国での弁護士資格を持っていること
