Wesley Chapel Toyota is searching for a talented Service-to-Sales Business Development Center Representative who can work with our qualified Service customers to help them with the purchase of a new vehicle. If you have a knack for customer service, want to advance your career and can speak both English and Spanish, this is a terrific opportunity!

As a BDC Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our Service customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and explain manufacturer Sales specials and incentives (we provide the details), answer questions and schedule appointments while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

What will you be doing?

  • Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
  • Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
  • Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
  • Set appointments for Service Department
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
  • Introduce customers to Service Advisors
  • Enter customer information into CRM

Who are we looking for?

  • Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Experience in customer service or call center
  • Strong communication skills –verbal and written
  • Bi-lingual (ability to speak English and Spanish)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Experience with Volie, CDK and XTime a plus!
