Responsibilities include:

Under the guidance of experienced System Design Engineers, you will be developing skills in technical architecture and leadership through hands on live project work with the world's largest vehicle manufactures.

You will be placed within a cross functional project team where you will work with customer technical and project personnel.
-
You will learn how to develop systems which meet internal and external customer requirements through functional trades and technical negotiation.
-
You will participate in the creation of system specifications and formalised representations of solutions (for example: flow charts, models) to develop systems that meet customer needs.
-
You will work closely with internal Sensata sub-system design teams (Software Development Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and Test Engineers) to refine the implementation of products, features, technologies, and specifications to ensure they meet stakeholder’s needs.

Occasional travel may be required to support project deliverables and vehicle testing.
Essential Criteria:

Working towards a 2:1 degree in a Engineering or related discipline.

Problem solving and judgement - ability to assess options and implications in order to identify a solution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clearly conveying and receiving messages to meet the needs of all.

Effective time management skills.

To work as part of a team to achieve results.

Able to meet tight deadlines and work to targets.
