The Volvo Car USA Service Operations team is in search of an intern to develop a service loyalty & benefits strategy. As a Service Operations Loyalty & Benefits Intern, you will play a key role in researching and developing a loyalty and benefits concept aimed at enhancing customer retention and satisfaction across the US market. You will work closely with various teams within and outside of Customer Service to develop concepts that will encourage repeat customer business to be deployed to Volvo Cars dealers across the US. These concepts will help to solidify our brand as a top premium car brand from a service perspective in the US leading to continued strong service retention.
What you'll do
Conduct market research to identify best practices and trends in automotive and similar industry loyalty programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design program features and benefits in a logical structure
Develop a detailed project plan and timeline for concept rollout and implementation
Assist in creating marketing materials and communication strategies to promote the developed concepts internally and to retailers
Analyze customer data to identify target segments and tailor program offerings accordingly

Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting thorough market research to identify best practices
Project Management: Capability to develop and manage project plans and timelines
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration and marketing of concepts
You might also have:

Proficiency with Microsoft suite of tools, including but not limited to: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI
Ability to freely and comfortably present to management level
Previous project planning experience
In order to be considered for this program, you need to be currently enrolled in a related Undergraduate degree program as a rising, Junior, Senior or anticipate graduating within the calendar year.Program is set to begin early June 2025.
