Your Flight Plan:
- Your mission is to ensure the smooth sailing of projects, guaranteeing compliance, and engineering brilliance. Your role involves:
- Building, leading, and nurturing a team of Electrical Design Engineers.
- Providing technical direction and leadership.
- Organizing and participating in Design Reviews, ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
- Collaborating with certification, stress, and airworthiness departments.
- Managing the Electrical Design input in customer meetings.
- Supporting the development of Best Practice guidelines.
- Checking engineering packages and gaining Authorised Signatory status.
- Leading complex design work packages, meeting time and budget requirements.
Essential Requirements:
