Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Program Management Specialist based out of Seal Beach, CA or Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads development of the program architecture and top-level plans for the Commercial Parts Business.
  • Lead the execution of a variety of project initiatives designed to improve commercial part product & category performance (cost, convenience, availability, delivery, quality)
  • Develops program organizational work structures, top level program and execution plans, including monthly financial, customer, and competitive analysis to manage monthly results and evaluate root cause changes
  • Supports the senior manager for the business by leading program execution and coordinating program metrics
  • Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  •   Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in a cross-functional environment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • Minimum 5 years of experience interpreting data and presenting analysis with recommendations to executive leaders
  • Minimum 3 years of experience building stakeholder and customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience in the commercial aviation industry with emphasis on aftermarket aircraft support
  • Experience with business consulting, marketing, sales, finance and/or supply chain
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis concepts such as normal distribution, standard deviations, mean, probability, and confidence levels

Typical Education/Experience: 
High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range: $146,200 - $197,800
