Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is ready to grow and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies. The individual in this role you will be working on AMS modelling of large systems.

The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey. Over the course of the 14-week program, experienced professionals will gain paid, on-the-job experience, have an opportunity to participate in sessions with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive coaching to guide their return to work experience. Upon completion of the program, based on performance and contributions participants will be eligible for a career at Raytheon Technologies.
Minimum Program Qualifications
To qualify for the Raytheon Technologies Re-Empower Program, candidates should:
Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application
Have prior experience in functional area of interest
Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position
Primary Responsibility:
-
Should have expertise on modeling, system performance analysis and validation.
-
Should have exposure on Control Modeling, Model troubleshooting and Requirement management.
-
Experience in Air Management Systems (Environmental Control, Engine Bleed Air Regulation, Air Distribution, Gas Inerting System), primary flight control system.
-
Strong problem solving and analytical capability.
-
Understanding of FMIT, OCT and SVN.
-
Excellent communication skills and customer management.
Basic Qualification:
-
BE/B-tech/M-Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering with around 4-6 years in AMS modelling of large systems. Knowledge of any modelling tools like Dymola/Modelica along with Matlab/Simulink expertise is preferred.
