Position: Senior Lead Engineer
In this role the team member will be a individual contributor and be part of the Interiors Stress and Simulation team.
Job Description:
• B.Tech./M.Tech. degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering with 8-12 years of relevant experience
• Strong Engineering Fundamentals and their practical applications.
• Knowledge in static Structural analysis using FEA tools like Altair HM and Nastran or Optistruct etc.
• Good analytical skills
• Should be able to guide and resolve technical issues in the team
• Should take ownership and handle tasks with minimum dependency
• Should communicate with BU's and support the team on estimation and planning.
