Overview:
In this role the Senior Lead Engineer (Power and Control Systems) actively participate in testing and design the of Closed loop system simulation projects. Develop the MATLAB/Simulink program, system Modeling and perform the Hardware in loop integration testing.

Position: Senior Lead Engineer (P3)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strong Academic background with knowledge of Power and Controls products
- MATLAB/Simulink for model simulation development and scripting
- Experience in Hardware in Loop design for Electrical Machines and Controls, Models
- Experience in LABVIEW FPGA programming
- Hands on experience on Lab instrument (Power supply, DMM, scope etc.)
- Drive the activity of product (HW& SW) integration with test systems
- Independently communicate with SBU for requirements understanding
- Good knowledge of VISIO electrical toolbox to draw and design the schematic
- Strong analytical skill to solve the complex problem
Basic Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of relevant industry experience with at least 4 years as a Systems Engineer in system requirements management, system verification and validation, system modelling of aerospace systems
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering
- Experience with at least 5 years as modelling of aerospace electrical and control systems
- Strong problem solving and analytical capability.
- Matlab/Simulink for model development and scripting.
- Labview RT and Test Stand for simulation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year experience in Real Time Simulation and Testing (HIL and SIL)
- Knowledge of Polarion, Teamcenter or Agile tools
- Experience in Embedded HW/SW development
- Electrical Machines and Controls, Lab view Test Stand work exposure
