Job Title: Senior Contracts Analyst

Summary of Role:
 
Raytheon UK is seeking to expand its Commercial and Supply Chain team in Gloucester with the addition of a Senior Contacts Analyst. The role is within Raytheon UK’s Cyber, Space & Training business and will involve the provision of expertise, guidance and management of contracts to manage financial, schedule, commercial and other contractual issues. The role reports to the Commercial & Supply Chain Manager for National Security and Cyber.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for key business governance processes and record keeping and provide support to the contracts team in the administration of partner payments and customer invoicing. The role will also involve the management of routine Contracts of low value and complexity.

 
Main Duties: 

  • Manages the bid review governance within National, Security and Cyber and understands the policy requirements for the gate process
  • Supports the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals
  • Issues standard non-disclosure agreements in-line with company policies
  • Work with the business teams to meet central targets and local challenges
  • Maintains robust records to demonstrate compliance to functional processes
  • Supports other members of the Commercial and wider project team as required
  • Understanding of export controls and other compliance requirements including GDPR and Government classifications
  • Support Functional initiatives as required
  • Participates in cross-functional improvement activity
  • Be flexible in their approach and support to the business.

  • Holder of current SC clearance (or is able to obtain)

Desirable:

  • SAP experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office expertise (specifically Excel)
