1) Responsible to Manage the Production line/Lines including Assembly, Testing and Final Inspection
2) To Lead a group of 25- 30 DL's
3) To drive effective Tier 1,2 and 3 meeting to meet daily targets
4) To ensure right quality and FPY in the line and to take respective efforts to control it
5) To enhance productivity and implement kaizen in the line for cost reduction
6) To ensure and plan proper training and address IR issues of the line.
