Senior Android CNO Developer

Cyber Offense and Defense Experts (CODEX) is in need of smart, motivated and self-driven Android CNO Developers to join our team to solve real-time cyber challenges.

Duties include: design custom software tools and techniques for the Android platform; be responsible for end-to-end design and development of custom software; diagnose and debug issues using both COTS and GOTS tools; have a firm understanding of how networks work; mentor and lead junior-level developers to accomplish mission objectives; develop documentation pertinent to operating and supporting developed software and techniques; and solve real-time cyber challenges.

The primary place of performance for this work is in Prince William County, Virginia with some opportunity to work from home as well.

Required Skills

5 years developing, testing and debugging Python and C/C++

Experience developing Android software in C

Working with version control software such as git

Desired Skills

Understanding of CNE techniques and methodologies on Android and Linux

ARM Assembly programming

Reverse engineering ARM binaries

Developing proof-of-concept exploit software

Security Clearance

U.S. government Top Secret security clearance.

Education

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science preferred.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project

management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions:

Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
