Raytheon is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst for the Commercial, International, and Intelligence (Ci2) portfolio. Interested candidates will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and cost controls associated with a material contract. This is an onsite position that can be located in Dulles, VA or Aurora, CO.
Job Duties:
- Accounting data extraction and reconciliation; Labor and cost transfer submittals.
- Assist in monitoring costs and personnel ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective.
- Support supply-chain management in financial controls of subcontracts and material procurement forecasting.
- Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and financial support.
- Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
- Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation; personnel planning; forecasting; and reporting.
- Develop briefing package of program financial status to be presented to the Customer.
Clearance / Citizenship Requirements:
- This position requires a current and active Top Secret / SCI Clearance (TS/SCI) or crossover equivalent.
- Active and transferrable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Typical Education / Experience:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Minimum 2 years prior relevant experience
- US Citizenship with current and active Top Secret/SCI Clearance (TS/SCI) or equivalent crossover, and CI Polygraph.
- Ability to care for priorities in order to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with APEX / PRISM, knowledgeable in working with SAP.
- Experience in performing cost control and analysis functions on U.S. Government contracts.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations.
- Thorough attention to detail and work quality.
