Raytheon is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst for the Commercial, International, and Intelligence (Ci2) portfolio.  Interested candidates will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and cost controls associated with a material contract.  We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company.  In this role, you will have opportunities to work independently as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management and Supply Chain.  Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their skills as a key business partner.

This is an onsite position that can be located in Dulles, VA or Aurora, CO.

Job Duties:

  • Accounting data extraction and reconciliation; Labor and cost transfer submittals.
  • Assist in monitoring costs and personnel ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective.
  • Support supply-chain management in financial controls of subcontracts and material procurement forecasting.
  • Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and financial support.
  • Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
  • Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation; personnel planning; forecasting; and reporting.
  • Develop briefing package of program financial status to be presented to the Customer.

Clearance / Citizenship Requirements:

  • This position requires a current and active Top Secret / SCI Clearance (TS/SCI) or crossover equivalent.
  • Active and transferrable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Typical Education / Experience:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Minimum 2 years prior relevant experience
  • US Citizenship with current and active Top Secret/SCI Clearance (TS/SCI) or equivalent crossover, and CI Polygraph.
  • Ability to care for priorities in order to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with APEX / PRISM, knowledgeable in working with SAP.
  • Experience in performing cost control and analysis functions on U.S. Government contracts.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations.
  • Thorough attention to detail and work quality.
