Job Summary:
Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RIS) is hiring for the position of Cyber Offense and Defense Experts (CODEX) Security Manager.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the oversight of Industrial and Special Programs Security at 10 cleared RIS facilities to include Indialantic, FL. Palm Bay, FL. St. Petersburg, FL, Greenville, SC, Huntsville, AL, Austin, TX, San Antonio, TX, Dulles, VA, Arlington, VA and Annapolis Junction, MD. This position will have direct management over the Contractor Program Security Officers and Facility Security Officers (CPSOs/FSOs) at those sites. This position will report directly the Cyber Security, Intelligence and Services (CIS) Associate Director of Security.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
•Manage a geographically dispersed staff of CPSOs and FSOs
•Serve on the CODEX Leadership Team as the Security SME
•Ensure successful government audits of our classified programs and facilities
•Manage the CODEX Security Budget
•Work closely with Site Leads, Program Managers and other stakeholders to ensure business expectations are met and proper resources are allocated to meet current and future security program needs while being responsible and adhering to the security budget of the assigned locations
•Maintain a Security program in compliance with NISPOM, all applicable Sponsor security policies and procedures; all applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs); and all other applicable Government security policies and procedures.
•Closely work with other security cores. Including Physical, CyberSecurity and Special Programs where needed
Position location is flexible offering a hybrid or remote work arrangement and requires travel up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications You Must Have:
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional security experience
• Expert knowledge of the NIPSOM, ICDs, and all other applicable Government security policies and procedures
• Demonstrated experience collaborating vertically and horizontally within an organization hierarchy
• Proven experience interacting positively with Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel
• An active TS/SCI security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
