Job Description
- Developing budget /forecast collaborating with related departments (company functions such as Manufacturing, Purchasing, G&A etc.), analyzing variance vs actual, clarifying the root cause, considering/validating next steps, and presenting to company executives from the point of finance.
- Designing and facilitating efficient/effective financial planning and analysis process, collaborating with key stakeholders inside and outside of finance.
- Lead overall team and manage assignment to deliver quality result.
- Supporting Ad-hoc request from Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, major in Managerial Accounting/Accounting/Finance or related fields
- At least experience 5 years in related field, automotive business would be preferred.
- Good in English communication. Good skills in communication and interpersonal.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Accounting/Finance is required.
- Good computer literacy, especially MS. Office: advance in MS. Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work efficiently in multi-cultural & cross functional environment is a must.
- Analysis skill, ability to think logically and systematically
