Job Responsibilities:

  • Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, support any of EH&S activities as required.
  • Comply with RTX’s “Code of Ethics” and related policies, take all steps necessary to foster open communications and to support RTX’s compliance, business practices, DIALOG, and Ombudsman programs.
  • Comply fully with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and company policies relating to the export and import of products, services, and technical data as they apply to the Job Functional Responsibilities.
  • To perform painting work of areospace composite bonding and assembly parts
  • Can work independently on Surface Preparation on Masking and Sanding, Prime Coating and Top Coating according to Job order and ISWCS
  • Be able to perform basic troubleshooting in painting work
  • Ensure high quality of work output
  • Comply with 5S requirement within job scope
  • Comply with Company and governmental EHS requirement
  • Be able to accomplish TPM within job scope independently
  • Participate in various CI or Kaizen activities
  • Other assignment by Supervisor

  • 遵守RTX“道德守则”及相关政策。采取一切必要措施以促进开放沟通，支持RTX的合规、商业行为和对话\监察员计划。
  • 从事具体职能工作时，全面遵守所有适用的，针对产品、服务及技术数据进出口的政府法律法规及公司相关政策程序。
  • 负责航空复合材料和装配材料的打磨工作
  • 能够按照生产订单和标准操作作业指导书独立完成喷漆表面保护和打磨工作
  • 在打磨过程中能够完成基本的排故工作
  • 确保高质量高产出
  • 确保本工区达到5S的要求
  • 遵守公司和地方政府的EHS要求
  • 独立完成本工位的TPM工作
  • 积极参加公司的持续改善活动
  • 主管交代的其他任务

Employment Requirements:

  • Gradute from a Technical Training School preferably from Aerospace (composite)
  • Good work attitude and a team player
  • Good communication skills
  • 2-3 years relative working experiences
  • Willingness to learn
