The Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be a key figure in the success of our Sales function and is responsible for supporting our Sales Team with their administrative duties on existing accounts and new customers. Partnering with various areas of our Sales function, you’ll be helping drive revenue by assisting internal teams and stakeholders with billing and general support.
What You’ll Do
- * Support the overall initiatives and customer relationship management (CRM) processes of the sales team, including research, preparation, and presentations
- * Ensure accurate customer set-ups and fulfillment processes are implemented efficiently, assisting the sales teams in delivering their revenue targets
- * Sales Operations Planning
- * Suggest recommendations to improve efficiency and service
- * Knowledge specialist within your area and working knowledge of other Solera products
- * Serve as the point of contact for billing and order related queries
- * Prepare and review proposals, quotes and contracts when required
- * Verify renewal of public agencies contracts
- * Distribution of Leads
- * Assist the Sales team in gathering necessary documentation
- * Manage the Sales Pipeline through the Salesforce CRM system
- * Assist the Financial department in verifying invoices and payments through the TOTVS ERP system
- * Analyze Sales Performance by preparing weekly reports to be sent and reviewed by the LATAM Director
What You’ll Bring
- * A proven track record delivering high quality customer service and support in a customer focused environment
- * Experience in order processing, accounts control or similar
- * Familiarity with Sales/Order Coordination
- * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
- * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer orientation
- * Strong organizational and time management skills - able to focus on urgent and important tasks, avoids
- * Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task, follows through and meets all deadlines
- * Ability to work in a team environment that is cross-functional
- * Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- * Fluent in Spanish/Portuguese/English are a must
