This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment out of Troy, MI.
Summary:
Seeking a candidate with world-class experience in managing account objectives, customer satisfaction, and problem-solving. They should possess commercial excellence, market intelligence, and a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead account growth and manage customer relationships with internal Aptiv EDS wiring tier customer
- Create customer strategies for revenue and profitability
- Partner with Aptiv EDS Supply Chain Management along with Aptiv EDS sales and engineering to resolve commercial disputes, establish proactive communication, drive strategic plans, identify business development opportunities.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of experience working with cross functional teams (Manufacturing, Finance and Engineering, etc.)
- Experience in managing complex commercial discussions, proven experience in building sales capabilities.
Nice to Haves:
- Master's degree, 8+ years of sales leadership experience, negotiating experience with OEMs, connection, device and electrical systems experience, previous automotive system experience, sales and/or engineering background.
