Your Role

As a Development Specialist you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility. In this role you will play a key role in Aptiv. You will ensure all actions relating to the development and recruitment of APTIV's IS personnel in accordance with the group's policy and management guidelines.

You will be located in our Meknes's plant.

The position holder is required to perform the following activities:

  • Ensure the creation and updating of job descriptions, job profiles & organization charts of APTIV.
  • Conduct IS employee recruitment interviews: sourcing, pre-selection on file, telephone interviews, physical interviews.
  • Ensure the follow-up of the IS recruitment process: technical interviews, HRM validation interviews and HRD validation interviews.
  • Conduct internal recruitment interviews via global job opening and specific job opening.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with the Onboarding process for IS within the APTIV site: Pre-onboarding of candidates, support for new recruits by managers and buddies.
  • Prepare and ensure the display of all communications related to HR development: welcome, Job opening announcement,...
  • Ensure the update of development tools: PBP, 9box, TRP...
  • Develop a pool of candidates: internal & external, in advance according to a proactive approach.
  • Participate in projects for the continuous improvement of people's development.

Your Background

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, freshly graduated or with one year of experience.
  • Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and manage various projects.
  • Fluent French and English Speaking.
