As part of our Retail Website team, you'll help shape the digital experience across our network of U.S. retailers. This role blends hands-on digital marketing with automotive retail innovation, offering valuable experience in lead management, website optimization, and strategic planning. We seek an undergraduate student who brings fresh perspectives to digital retail operations. You'll work directly with our Digital Retail team, gaining real-world experience in automotive retail while contributing to projects that enhance our retailers' online presence.
What you'll do
• Analyze our Mystery Shop program data to provide insights that improve how our retailers connect with customers.
• Present your findings at our Click to Convert Webinar, sharing valuable insights with our dealer network.
• Help develop sales tools and training materials to enhance our retail operations.
• Research competitor practices through mystery shopping initiatives.
• Analyze customer journey data to identify patterns in lead handling and conversion rates.
• Join dealer visits to see how digital strategies translate to showroom success.
• Work with our Digital Retail Manager to improve website imagery and photography standards.
• Partner with vendors and Digital Strategy Specialists to strengthen our retailers' digital presence.
• Provide actionable feedback to help retailers better showcase our vehicles.
What you'll bring
• A passion for digital retail and marketing.
• Current enrollment in Marketing, Website/Application Management, MIS, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content management systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
