RETAIL SALES AND PLANNING MANAGER

Retail Sales and Planning Manager will be responsible for both field sales operations and sales planning, local distribution operations of Nissan Turkey. The main responsibilities and specifications for the role are shared below;

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the company in Turkey market to facilitate business growth and increase market share.

  • Lead and manage dealer sales operations and teams to implement commercial strategy to the dealers.

  • Define annual and monthly retail sales targets and ensure their achievement.

  • Ensure the effective operation of the dealership network by monitoring and evaluating dealership sales performance.

  • Gain in-depth understanding of end customer needs, communicate with customers, and provide customized commercial solutions to meet specific requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers as a trusted partner for developing the business and sales.

  • Drive the Sales team to meet ambitious revenue and growth targets, customer satisfaction and increase market share.

  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align sales efforts with Company objectives and customer needs.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Nissan Regional Headquarters to ensure the Company's operations in Turkish market align with overall company strategy, sales planning and stocks.

  • Manage and optimize the production pipeline, ensuring efficient tracking of leads, opportunities, and act as a key window person in the full process of supply management.

  • Regularly analyze key metrics, report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management, providing actionable insights to refine annual and monthly sales plans.

  • Manage car park with optimum stock level.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, with a strong track record in sales (automotive sales is an asset).

  • Proven ability to drive dealer sales efforts and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team to deliver results.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-driven and global environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage customers and key stakeholders at all levels.

  • Fluent English (both written and verbal).

  • Good level of MS Office applications.

  • Analytical thinking skills.

  • No travel restrictions.
