Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages and provides guidance to around 50 Collins Local Ethics & Compliance Officers within the EMEA Region
  • Conducts fair, impartial and professional investigations relating to Ethics violations in an expeditious manner, with due attention to privacy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to support Collins E&C program strategy and activities, including training and communication on various Ethics topics.
  • Engages/Collaborates with Human Resources, Internal Legal Team, Supply Chain, Data Privacy, and Anti Bribery/Corruption to help resolve ethics related matters
  • Assists/Leads periodic internal Ethics & Compliance reviews to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
  • Participates on Ethics and Compliance disciplinary action committee meeting and provides sufficient evidence and case information for the committee to determine appropriate actions
  • Act as a point of contact for employees to help address a variety of Ethics & Compliance questions or concerns and provides guidance on compliance related policies
  • Assist as needed with a variety of Ethics & Compliance projects
  • Supports on-going development and communication of the RTX code of conduct
  • Travel expectations ~ 15%

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position
  • Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing investigations related to Ethics violations
  • Bilingual Preferred:  English and any one of the following:  French, German, Polish
  • Ability to assist with analyzing metrics to help drive the appropriate corrective actions
  • Proficient at prioritizing/managing multiple priorities in an efficient and effective manner based on degree of importance and urgency
