R&D Systems Engineer for ADAS

We are currently looking for candidates to boost our group developing future driver assistance systems. Join us now and become a member of a team currently focusing on innovative solutions for a precise vehicle localization.

ADAS algorithms are used to process sensor data (radars, vision, GNSS, etc.) and extract the information relevant to driving context. This includes elements of the environment uniquely describing a particular location.

In this role you will employ your creativity and expertise in system modelling and design to deliver a localization solution enabling safer and more convenient driving.

Your Role:

  • Take part in the design of new driver assistance systems

  • Design and description of novel localization solutions as part of an R&D team

  • Definition of use cases, design of static and behavior diagrams, system constraints, dependencies and requirements

  • Analysis of the anticipated system parameters

  • Verification of system performance using real data and experiments

  • Technical documentation for design documentation

  • Collaboration and effective communication with global internal development teams

  • Occasional exposure to OEM customers via remote meetings, in-person demonstrations and presentations

  • Occasional travels (global) for internal and external workshops

Your Background:

  • MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Control, Automation and Robotics, Physics or similar

  • Experience in multi-domain system design

  • Proven record of system description and documentation

  • Proven record of effective technical communication

  • Basic knowledge of statistics

  • Fluent command in spoken and written English

Nice to have:

  • Past experience in driver assistance systems

  • Experience in the design or documentation (UML/SysML or similar) of embedded control systems

  • Experience in localization systems and algorithms, e.g. SLAM

  • Expertize in radar perception systems

  • Expertize in vision perception systems

  • Experience in data analysis

  • Experience in software development
