Your Role

  • Elicit and retrieve, review, negotiate and approve customer requirements for owned function/ domain.
  • Plan the system design and verification activities owned function/ domain according System Plan, Project Plan or PI plan. Coordinate plan with stakeholders.
  • Define System Design for a defined System Function or System Domain. Negotiate design with System Architect and design stakeholders
  • Initiate analyses and review of own design (e.g. D-FMEA, peer review, safety analyses).
  • Perform design analyses and review when assigned as stakeholder.
  • Lead technical discussions with cross-competency teams, management and customers
  • Define System Verification Methods for owned function/ domain when System competency is assigned as verification responsible

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • A graduate in BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/ Instrumentation).An experience of 4-12 years .
  • Systems engineering knowledge
  • Years of Relevant Experience: 3<5 yrs
  • Proven record of taking customer requirements from design to production
  • Knowledge of driver assistance systems (radar and / or camera technology)
  • Experience with requirements management and tools ( e.g., Polarion, DOORS )
  • Familiarity with microprocessor/DSP based hardware designs, and Software Architectures
  • Experience with hardware / software interfaces and communication protocols.
  • Knowledge in the field of vehicle bus systems (CAN, LIN, MOST, Flex Ray, and Ethernet) as well as experience in dealing with the corresponding development tools like CANalyzer/Canape
  • Functional safety/ISO 26262 experience or experience from safety critical systems development when assigned to ASIL classified function/ domain
  • Experience with Cybersecurity and the industry leading security solutions
