Managing a team of engineers performing FAI/PPAP creation/review/approvals for various Collins SBUS.
Expand the team's engagement with more SBUs, aligning with the Enterprise Quality's strategy of setting up FAI CoE at GETC-I
Work with the Collins SBUs & Enterprise Quality to standardize the FAI/PPAP process and implement them at GETC-I
Strong understanding of Aerospace Quality Management System Requirements (AS9100, AS9102, AS9145), manufacturing and QA/QC process,
Stakeholder management- quality, delivery, and cost
Project management- Ensure that project goals are met.
Manage defect analysis and drive root cause and corrective action, using Process Analysis(QCPC)/ 8D/SQC process or similar other root cause analysis tools
