Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality First Line Manager (Level K) to support the Interiors Responsibility Center based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages, develops and motivates employees across multiple Quality Management Job Families
Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations
Successfully implements solutions in an ever-evolving environment by relying on problem-solving, data, and analysis to drive decisions
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
3+ years in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
3+ years in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
Ability to work on the production floor supporting on-product conformance determinations
Ability to travel occasionally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree
Experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g. AS9100)
Experience working execution to safety, quality, delivery & cost commitments
3 + years in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality
3+ years working with cross-functional leadership doing collaborative problem solving while building lasting relationships
Precision in written and verbal communication

Summary pay range: $108,800 - $147,200
