Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of new manufacturing and inspection processes.
- Review and approval of Work Instructions and assist with Process Capability and Sustainment Initiatives.
- Evaluate procedures and processes to determine compliance with applicable requirements.
- Participate in projects to improve Quality and Reduce Cost, Develop, Review and Approval of manufacturing of hardware through First Article Inspections and Product and Process Validation.
- Perform Process Audits to verify compliance, Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to support on time delivery with Quality driven processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands on experience in quality
- Working knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Regulatory or audit experience
- Experience with SAP
Additional Information:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
