This individual in this position will act as Site Record Retention Coordinator, training other staff members associated with Records Management policies and procedures, acquiring, and maintaining Records Management forms and materials, assuring that Official Records sent to off-site storage are properly in­dexed and classified according to the Records Retention Schedule, acting as a contact to the Enterprise Records Management Team, Coordinating departmental/area ac­cess to off-site Records storage and associated activities

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Document Coordinator-  Oversee Three Year Review Process

  • Peer Review Process, Making sure procedures & Work Instructions are up to date.

  • Control of documentation via Smart Solve (Pilgrim). Assist with product control plans

  • Conducts Quality Assurance processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improvement.

  • Provides production process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met and proposing quality improvements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and less than 12 months of experience

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract
