Raytheon is seeking a Property Administrator to coordinate property control activities, and ensure accountability of government, associate contractor, and /or company property in accordance with applicable government regulations and corporate policy.
The Property Administrator responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain property accountability records.
- Oversee the receipt, utilization, and disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
- Coordinate the movement and/or shipment of property.
- Play an active role in property audits.
- Provide guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability.
- Prepares a variety of reports relative to property records, inventory and additional reporting as needed.
- Oversee annual physical inventory activities through scheduling, resolving discrepancies, reporting, and distributing letters of inventory results.
- Less than 25% travel may be necessary.
Required Experience:
- Hands on knowledge of inventory scheduling, reconciliation, and reporting
- Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
Desired Skills:
- Practical understanding of FAR Property compliance regulations
- Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) certification through NPMA
Education:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 1-year experience
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
