Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms. Additionally, in 2013 production of motors for wipers began. Plant’s main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about 100 staff members.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

Management of projects from RFQ to PRCL

Responsible for product design, development, modification, industrialization and final validation

Building and monitoring budget for all projects in the portfolio

Management of project timing

Management of multi-department project teams

Reporting project status to relevant Committees

Representing project and Company in front of the Customer

Technical Education - Master of Science, Engineer

Experience: 3 years in a similar position in automotive industry

Certificates: PMI or IPMA certification will be an advantage
