As part of the Global Mobility team at Autodesk, you will serve as Project Manager for a number of key projects related to Relocation, Immigration, Ex-pat assignments, data and reporting, and related work. You will engage and collaborate with cross-functional partners both internal to Autodesk and outside vendors to move projects forward.

Responsibilities
· Develop and lead end-to-end project management strategies and implementation plans for a variety of projects: from short term, quick turn around to business critical, transformational projects
· Build connection and facilitate cross-functional collaboration, capabilities, and trust across People and partner teams
· Drive adoption of our internal collaboration and project management tools
· Represent the Global Mobility team in cross-functional working groups
· Build relationships with key stakeholders across teams such as HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and more
Minimum Requirements
· 5+ years of project/program management experience in HR, preferably at a high tech, global company
· Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and team operating models
· Outstanding facilitation and communication skills; you guide teams from point A to point B in a way that’s approachable, authentic, direct, and inclusive
· Strong organization and project management experience; you love bringing order to chaos, connecting dots, and translating strategy into clear action plans
· Interest in continuous improvement; you enjoy looking for ways to make things (and people!) work more efficiently and effectively
· The ability to adapt and manage competing priorities in an environment in which we need to move forward, even without all the facts.
· Comfort working both autonomously and cross-functionally; you’re a self-starter and trusted partner who’s able to influence people at all levels of an organization
· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; you use data to tell the story and share your recommendations in an easy to understand and impactful way
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PM/collaboration tools like Asana, Airtable, and Slack
Experience across HR systems (e.g. Workday)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Timeframe: 6 month contract, starting as soon as June 1, 2024.
Location: Remote in Canada
