This position is CONTINGENT upon funding, an open position, customer approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain our customer's sensitive clearance.

An experienced Cyber Project Manager is needed support the customer’s Authentication Management team for their Information Security Identity Access Portfolio. The candidate will work with the ISIA: Identity Verification Service HQ team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall strategic management, defines the program scope and objectives, manages project’s scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
  • Develops project management plans, project documentation, work breakdown structures, project schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation.
  • Responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations.
  • Provide overall direction of program activities.
  • Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization.
  • Consult with personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
  • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize.
  • Lead the preparation, system categorization, control selection, and control implementation for an Identity proofing application, ensuring it follows industry standards, addressing NIST 800-53 moderate controls to obtain IAL-2 certification and for the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process to obtain and retain Authority to Operate (ATO).
  • Work with the technical POCs to develop procedural documents and security diagrams in accordance with industry standards such as Zero Trust Framework and NIST 800-53.
  • Assist in estimating Level of Effort (LOE) involved in performing audit activities.
  • Help document residual risks and provide the cybersecurity risk analysis and mitigation determination results.

Required experience and skills:

  • Must be eligible to obtain a sensitive clearance – Position of Public Trust – and may be required to obtain a higher security clearance.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust Framework (NIST SP 800-207), ICAM Framework (CISA and GSA), NIST 800-53 rev4 and NIST 800-63A rev3 (familiar with changes made in rev5)
  • Experience in preparing for / performing an IT assessment, ideally in accordance with the NIST 800-53

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, in an information technology discipline or a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or IT work experience.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
