The Project Management Liaison will oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects as liaison between the Program, functional organizations and the customer. They will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Also, this position will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for problem solving with stakeholders.
Job Summary:
This position will mainly support the Supply Chain Risk Management scope of work on the program. The candidate must be organized and able to define action plans and manage closure within both the program IPT structure and directly with functional departments within the robust matrix. The best candidate will be able to assess the scope of work of a project and develop a plan on how to execute new and evolving requirements within the supply base, including, but not limited to, Supply Chain Risk Management requirements. This job will require frequent interface with Program Managers, Hardware Management Teams, Mission Assurance and functional leadership. A well-suited candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to operate in a team environment to communicate effectively across multiple functional areas, as well as with parties external to the organization. This assignment is a good fit for someone who is looking to gain experience in a variety of roles and activities that are in support of the program.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Support implementation of unique program requirements for MDA programs
- Analysis of material procurement and demand
- Ability to understand MRP and production needs
- Coordinate procurement and tracking of hardware piece parts for specific testing requirements
- Limited travel may be required to support SCRM and Mission Assurance requirements.
- Support supply chain proposal efforts and activities.
- Support Gidep, MDA Alerts, and other MDA request
- Support Program status meetings and reviews, EAC reviews, supplier meetings
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with a major in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain, Science, or in a related field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance within 12 months or have a current secret clearance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience interfacing with multiple internal organizations and external customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient with Wavetrack
- Understanding of the Andover material movement processes
- Understanding of production control activities
- Demonstrated ability to excel where significant attention to detail is required
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills; ability to listen well and communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to summarize detail for leadership communications
- Knowledge of supply chain functions and responsibilities and the ability to interface with multiple function in order to accomplish projects and goals.
- Strong organizational skills in project management and task prioritization.
- Must be a self-starter that is flexible and is able to work independently at a high level
- Proficient with SAP (APEX/PRISM).
- Understanding of US Government acquisition laws and regulations (FAR) and (DFARS).
- Proficient with Microsoft Project.
- Raytheon Core Apprentice or equivalent.

The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:
Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:
Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
