The Châtellerault site is part of the Visibility Systems Division (VIS). It develops high-performance, innovative systems that support drivers and passengers in all weathers, day and night, and in their various on-board activities: front and rear windscreen wiper motors, linkages, rotors and stators for electric bicycle motors.
To support the development of its business, the Launch team is looking for a Project Manager (M/F).
Your challenges?

Meeting project performance targets (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery and Deadline)

Ensure project coordination to achieve all project launches in line with Valeo and customer expectations

Manage communication and customer interface
-
Clarify the schedule and decisions to be taken to guarantee project milestones
-
Clarify project cost and resources with alerts for budget overruns
-
Guarantee the competitiveness of the project
-
Ensure that all product and process ideas for cost reduction bring technical competitiveness and robustness to projects

Functional management of the project team
What about you…
You have a 5-year degree (Engineer or Master) and at least 10 years' experience as a Project Manager working on large-scale production issues.
You are experienced in the functional management of multi-disciplinary teams in an agile environment.
You have financial management skills (product cost, return on investment, etc.).
Recognised for your ability to analyse and summarise, you have excellent communication skills and are at ease in both spoken and written English.
Knowledge of the automotive sector is an additional asset.
