Position Overview

This is a Program Manager position for the Platform team within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS) organization. This team defines and builds the software platform that the Fusion family of products is built upon. The mission of the group is to drive developer productivity, device independence and consistency. We are on a multi-year journey to disrupt the Design to Manufacture world with Fusion by delivering un-precented value and converging workflows with cloud-based technology. We are rapidly combining many world-leading technologies and teams into the Fusion family. 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Platform Programs, the Program Manager will help our Platform teams deliver our vision with high transparency and efficiency by providing strong program leadership, improving processes and championing agile practices. You are flexible, driven, and enthusiastic about tackling challenges with determination and inquisitiveness. You will act as a catalyst for change, being an articulate communicator, at ease with uncertainty, and fervent about assisting teams in recognizing and accomplishing their objectives.

Responsibilities

  • You will Provide hands on, end-to-end, management of concurrently running programs that vary in size and scope

  • You will Effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members consisting of business (e.g., Product Managers) and technical stakeholders (e.g., Technical Program Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, etc.) to identify key objectives and milestones

  • You will Build and maintain clear plans that provide stakeholders visibility into program health

  • You will Identify and manage cross-program dependencies

  • You will Provide strong oversight and support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure teams are progressing towards milestone targets

  • You will Proactively manage risks and inform stakeholders of potential impacts

  • You will Lead initiative and program-level status meetings

  • You will Regularly and reliably communicate project progress to stakeholders within and outside of the program teams

  • You will Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements that will increase efficiency and accuracy

  • You will Administer project tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, etc.), control workflows, and lead integrations with other projects

  • You will Collaborate using tools such as Slack, Confluence, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science) or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager

  • Comfortable working in a flexible (hybrid or remote) work environment

  • Extensive experience working with business and technical stakeholders on complex programs involving multiple software engineering teams

  • Zeal for process and operational excellence

  • Can use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, etc.) to scale programs

  • Desire to continue to learn and challenge yourself

  • Able to travel as required (less than 25%)
