The EOIR-Special team is seeking a Program Earned Value Management (EVM) Financial Analyst (P2) to join our growing team based out of McKinney, TX. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive finance and Earned Value Management Support (EVM) to various external programs by effectively partnering with other analysts, program managers and their teams to realize successful implementation. The position requires the use of EVM the primary program management resource to our SBU's and interfaces with Program Managers, Business Managers, and Control Account Managers, as well as RTX EVMS communities and outside customers. This role will offer a hybrid work arrangement of both remote and onsite (50/50) in our McKinney, TX office.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Work closely with various functional organizations during the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and LRE process as well as monitoring these organizations performance.

Working in tandem with program controller to deliver and drive financials.

Strengthen the financial planning activities for their specific contract including RPLAN updates and analyze and communicate how program performance impacts BSPC (Bookings, Sales, Profit, & Cash). Facilitating monthly data reconciliation.

Compiling compliant monthly EV reports for Program Management.

Develop and delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).

Highlighting pertinent information derived from analysis of program data, including trend analysis – high proficiency of MS Excel is expected.

Supporting any compliance reviews or periodic process audits that may arise.

Attending program meetings and evaluating EVM data to facilitate program performance.

Participating and helping to cultivate explanations for EOIR initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant financial experience, or an Advanced Degree and less than 2 years’ experience. Preferred degrees in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related field.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Independent, self-starter, and ability to meet critical deadlines.

Knowledge of or working experience with EVM tools (i.e. PMX, SAP, PRISM, Program Metrics).

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:

Active clearance.

Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving and forecasting skills.

Experience with Excel (Including AO).

Experience in organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to administration, customers, and peers.

Experience with SAP EV, MPM, PMX, PRISM MRP, AO.

Additional Information:

This official job title for this position is a grade P2, Senior Analyst, Program Cost Controls.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. The arrangement for this role will be 50% remote/50% onsite.
