- Provide daily status update of Line-of-Balance (LOB) for every HOV launch.
- Assessing of NCRs raised on HOVs that needs to be repeated as production Permit NCRs while LBIR/ECNs are still in workflow or not yet released.
- Informing and coordinating to other departments for the implementation of Production Permit NCRs in order to maintain configuration control between HOVs and rebuilds.
- Attend daily Change Review Board (CRB) to align implementation of Production Permit NCRs and released ECNs.
- Generate reports as needed by Program Mangers for specific HOVs. Provides and maintains program and project control reports; assists program managers in use of management software that reports program status
- Collects, interprets and inputs data into project control data base.
- Collects, interprets, and inputs data into the project control database; reports progress against program objectives and accurately prepares data for forecast of program progress.
- Works with program managers to assists in developing and maintaining program control documentation.
- Assists program manager with developing integrated program schedule; maintains and updates integrated program schedule related to critical path, risks and mitigation plans, and recovery actions; communicates status.
- Supports development of policies and procedures for program execution.
- Interfaces with various integrated program teams on a daily basis.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- •Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting od observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
QUALIFICATION:
- Experience from Automotive or Aerospace industry is a plus.
- Must Know how to use MS Office applications and preferably Microsoft Project
- Working knowledge/ Experience in ECN implementation processes.
- Graduate of Engineering BSME, BSEE or BSIE
