• To lead in the investigation, fault isolation and root cause analysis of technical defects, focusing on electronic products
• To work closely with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on all technical matters
• To lead investigation processes
• To work on improvement projects and process improvements
• To provide technical assistance to upkeep and maintain testing equipment
• To work with various stakeholders to meet Value Stream objectives
• Any other duties as required by business
• Comply with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Electronics Engineering. 5 years’ relevant engineering experience in the Aviation industry would be preferred
• Possess good understanding of engineering drawings, schematics and documentations
• Flexible and ability to adapt to multi-cultural and quick changing environment
• Ability to work independently and across multiple time zones
• Ability to learn and work with new and diverse technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Candidates with the knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) will have an added advantage
• Able to multi-task with a “can-do” attitude.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
