We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer (multiple levels available) to join our Advanced Products Center (APC) RF Microelectronics Process Engineering team in Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities for the qualified candidate include:
Supporting current high-volume high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to factory equipment, process, materials, and product problems. Factory production execution support includes developing and implementing well-controlled processes using data-driven methods such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) and writing shop process documentation.
Developing and executing new product builds typically with automated equipment, often requiring creative solutions for next-generation product designs.
Ensuring processes developed and executed meet product quality requirements (J-STD-001, MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534, IPC, etc.)
Process improvement projects to improve factory productivity through leveraging new technologies, investigating and qualifying new materials, and more
Capital equipment down-selection and integration to meet current and future business needs
Effective cross-functional communication of technical information

Required Skills
Demonstrated problem solving with data-driven approach
Demonstrated ability to execute impactful improvements
Knowledge of material properties or automated equipment
Experience working effectively within a team environment
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for 6+ hours a day
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, computer)
Self-motivated, proactive, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Desired Skills
Manufacturing experience with surface mount technology (SMT) and microelectronics and automated assembly equipment
Process development and qualification experience
J-STD-001, MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534, and IPC standards familiarity
Statistical Process Control (SPC), statistical data analysis experience, Design of Experiments (DOE) techniques
Technical writing experience for operator instructions, process and/or material qualification reports, equipment vendor statement of works, etc.
Education
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations

The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs
or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior
