Your challenges:

  • To participate in the design of new equipment, production lines and to follow the development of the suppliers;

  • To identify and propose optimization/adaptation on existing processes in the sites/protoshops worldwide in loco;

  • To participate actively in project team activities: meetings, preparation of the end of phase reviews, functional analysis, functional and technical specifications

  • analysis of the general project risks and Generic FMEA;

  • Solves blocking issues in innovation by proposing new ideas;

  • To design 3D models/2D drawings of specific tooling and devices;

  • Build tolerance stack-up and optimize dimensioning;

  • To support external supplier activities and to kept the risks under control;

  • Leads design activities with internal and external contributors;

  • To challenge R&D on the manufacturability of the product;

  • Support the technology roadmap definition.

Join our team if you have:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering field;

  • Detail oriented personality with solid documentation and reporting skills;

  • Experience in Mechanical Design in the automotive industry;

  • International experience in project development or technical support;

  • Experience with SOLIDWORKS: Part Design, assembly design and drafting;

  • ExperienceManufacturing processes: Molding, Stamping, Machining;

  • Internacional mind set and available for international business trips;

  • Fluent English.
