Job Title – Principle Specialist - Administration

Roles & Responsibilities:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
- Manage Travel desk (request received from employees, vendors invoicing, payments etc.)
- Should be able to manage travel requirements of foreign delegates and senior executives
- Making travel and stay arrangements with Hotels, Guest Houses, Transporters and other service providers
- Visitor management, vendor management & payments
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of Office
- Taking care of security, housekeeping and pantry function, monitoring firefighting and other security systems in office
- Ensure employee health and safety
- Multiple shift support
- Ensure safety of employees (especially women employees) during travel to and from work
- Office food/water replenishment, purchasing and fulfillment
- Maintain First Aid Kit and BCP custodian
- Staff welfare, CSR activities & office event management
- Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.
- Monitor and maintain record of AMC (AC, DG set, Server, EPBAX, Access Control, cameras, Pest Control, Insurance, Etc.)
- Ensure network/phone connectivity and liaise with service providers
- Inventory management of materials like stationary, consumables, etc. and handling procurement of the same
- Handling petty cash
- Execution of service agreements, AMC’s & rate contracts
- Releasing of Purchase Order & maintain records
- Fixed Asset Management
- Badge management and access control
- Allocate parking spaces and decals
- Maintain vendor relationships and liaise with government agencies and local administrative bodies for necessary permissions and compliance requirements
- Support compliance audit (internal and external) requirements
- Manage office procurement activities
Essential Skills
- Interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders
- Multi task and manage priorities
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Proficiency with computers and managing e-mails
- Good record keeping skills
- Ability to manage housekeeping, maintenance and security staff
- Flexible work timing
- Working knowledge of SAP
Work Environment:
- Office environment, will require extensive local travel
- May require weekend work
- Ability to work in UK Shift

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Any degree with 5 to 8 years’ of work experience.
- Experience with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and other applicable software
- Strong organizational/follow-up skills and ability to prioritize and drive multiple and diverse tasks to closure concurrently
Qualifications We Value:
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 to 8 years of prior experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- Expert knowledge of market with the ability to identify best practices and how to best utilize within Pratt & Whitney
- Ability to think logically and independently to comprehend complex issues and identify opportunities to add value and deliver effective solutions
- Familiarity with SAP
