This team member will be a Supply Chain Manager within the Product Support business within Raytheon Intelligence and Space’s Cybersecurity, Training and Services Mission Area.  In this role your assigned location will be Burlington, MA serving as the Supply Chain Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead supporting various Strategic Missile Defense sustainment programs.   Key responsibilities include but are not limited to; developing and implementing material strategies; Proposal support including development and review of Basis of Estimates (BOE’s); Supply Chain forecasting; Ensuring program cost and schedule requirements are met; Managing and reporting of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).  Additionally, this role will have Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities and will be responsible for managing SC program direct material and labor budgets, providing and validating SC EAC inputs, regularly managing SC Risks and Opportunities for assigned programs.  The Successful candidate:

Required Skills:

•Five years of relevant business experience, with demonstrated experience with USG end customers.   

•Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR)

•Experience with import/export regulations (ITAR/EAR)

•Demonstrated experience engaging and managing critical suppliers

•Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight

•Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

•Demonstrated project management experience

•Demonstrated effective and timely problem solving skills.

•Strong knowledge of PRISM.

•Demonstrated ability to effectively work and lead in an IPT environment. 

•Demonstrated excellent and influential interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

•Demonstrated experience engaging and presenting to senior Supply Chain and Program Management stakeholders

•Demonstrated experience developing effective customer and functional relationships

•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project)

•EVMS certification and the ability to analyze and reconcile variances

•Demonstrated experience regularly managing SC risks and opportunities

•Experienced at Statement of Work development and deliverable management

•Demonstrated ability to develop sound, executable material strategies

•Demonstrated ability to compliantly achieving required business goals and commitments

•Experience managing budgets and developing timely and accurate forecasts

•Level four MPM or SubK certification or with achievement within one year.

•ACES BOE Developer or achievement within one year.

Desired Skills:

•Supply Chain Management experience

•Development, modification or implementation of Material Program Plans. Knowledge of the Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) with emphasis on Gates two (2) through five (5).

•International SC experience.

•Experience effectively negotiating Terms and Conditions (T&C’s).

•Experience with the use of various forms of agreement including Teaming, Proprietary Information Agreements and licenses, Basic Ordering Agreements.

•BOE writer certification.

•Experience effectively briefing program, PL and or SC stakeholder.

Required Education (including Major):

•Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Accounting, Finance.
