Raytheon, an RTX Company, is seeking a Principal Finance Program Controls professional to support the Pantheon program within the GEOINT Mission Systems (GMS) portfolio. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall results of our programs, as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. In this role, you will have opportunities to work independently as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management. Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Maintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.
- Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.
- Generate and submit required CDRLs, such as Contracts Funds Status Reports (CFSR) and Contractor Performance Report (CPR).
- Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others.
- Internal corporate reporting requirements such as revenue forecasts, and Estimates at Complete (EAC)
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
- Active Top Secret-SSBI (or equivalent crossover) security clearance
- Prior experience in Program Controls, including knowledge of Earned Value Management fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and task flexibility
- Demonstrated a sense of importance and ability to meet multiple commitments.
Qualifications We Value:
- Experience with SAP, ForProject, Winsight or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations.

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
