Job Summary:
This role is focused on the day-to-day project management of the key strategic initiative to assess and re-purpose OEM parts for MRO use.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of parts flowing through the OEM to MRO process.
  • Track process performance and report as required through Finance, Quality and Transformation.   Partner with MRB practitioners to drive completion of required MRB tasks to execute on the process.
  • Coordinate with support functions to obtain required resources. Lead with CORE, promote principles and contribute to achieving/maintaining goals as a team.
  • Promote corporate code of ethical standards and business practice and company policies.
  • Provide a high level of communication and cooperation with team members. Ensure World Class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly.
  • Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Leadership Team.
     

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years experience in Quality, operations, manufacturing/logistics, auditing, or engineering OR a Masters degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Possess a strong understanding of effective Quality systems and methodologies and their impact on both the internal and external business environments.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced manufacturing environment with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions
  • Highly self-directed, able to learn quickly with a strong ability to drive and deliver results
  • Six Sigma green or black belt training and/or lean manufacturing training a plus
